The process of healing has four phases:
Realization- Feeling –Forgiveness –And change –
Realization :
to heal ourselves we must first realise the role we played our pain. Then we will be able to feel the pain.and the sorrow of this realization deeply and completely. Only then we can forgive and accept ourselves.allowing us to authentically forgive others.out of this healing process,comes the clarity that gives us the answers we need to make the right decision and to fundamentally change .
