Feeling – sorrow is an emotion so profound it reaches the very depth of ones soul, it is the pain of the unforgivable in us, and it changes it forever. these are the skeletons in the burial places of our past. The skeleton that wont be buried, that things we did that we would do everything in our power to take back and cant,


The skeletons of the unforgivable they roam the grounds in the night, keeping us awake, reminding us of what we did holding us prisoners they need to be a put to rest. they have rumbled too long. they too are tired and ready to be laid in the ground.

After all we have deemed them unforgivable and it seems beyond our power to simply let them be gone

How harshly we we judge ourselves how much easier it is times to forgive another then oneself. how inventive we have become at the self punishments we inflict. Keeping the pain alive .stirring the memories like embers of the fire that is never allowed to die out. And yet it is this pain that opened our hearts to see others with the eyes of compassion and to be more understanding .
